Rohilkhand Medical College & Hospital, in Collaboration with Rotary Clubs, Organizes HPV Vaccination Camp to Promote Cervical Cancer Awareness

Rohilkhand Medical College & Hospital, in association with the Rotary Club of Bareilly Grace and Rotary Club of Bareilly Mains successfully organized an HPV (Human Papillomavirus) Vaccination Camp on 30 July 2026. The programme was conducted under the direction of Dr.Rajnish Pathania, Principal, RMCH and the guidance of Dr. Medhavi Agarwal, Nodal Officer, vaccination, RMCH.

The camp aimed to raise awareness about cervical cancer prevention and the importance of HPV vaccination.
An awareness session was followed by the administration of the HPV vaccine to 23 eligible beneficiaries under the supervision of trained healthcare professionals.

The programme was graced with presence of Dr. Preeti Lata,Head of Department of Pediatrics, Dr. Shobha Mukherjee, Professor Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology , Dr. Rashmi Prasad, Associate Professor Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology , Rotary Club of Bareilly Grace President Rtn. Rakhi Manohar and Secretary Rtn. Nitika Kapoor also Rotary Club of Bareilly Mains President Rtn. Rahul Jaiswal and Secretary Rtn. Anuj Jaiswal, and other distinguished Rotary members, along with healthcare professionals and students. The initiative reflected the institution’s continued commitment to preventive healthcare, and promoting awareness about cervical cancer prevention.
